What We Do

Just as our business name states, we manage construction projects. There is a significant amount of planning and coordination that goes into a successful construction project, that we manage for our clients. From the project inception to the project completion, we manage the entire process.

The planning stage is where we work with architects and engineers to draft plans to submit for permitting. This is also where we start procurement, where we assemble subcontractors and materials to produce a detailed budget for the project. Planning stage is also where the baseline schedule is created.

The construction stage is where the building gets done. Building is a process with many tasks, it takes construction knowledge & experience to manage quality and scope of work sequencing. An unqualified person simply does not know what to look for and how work should be sequenced. During this stage its also very important to track costs and time, as both can quickly get away from you if you are not in control of what is going on.

The final stage is the post construction stage, where we work to make sure every job is clean and permits are closed out. A very important part of this stage is to make sure all subcontractors and vendors are paid and final waivers are signed, so no liens are placed on your property.
